FAQ
Questions, answered
Is Mokchat safe for my Instagram account?
Yes. Mokchat uses Instagram's official Messaging API, never logs in as you, and only replies to people who contacted you first.
Do I need to share my password?
Never. You connect through Meta's secure login and can revoke access anytime.
How does comment-to-DM work?
When someone comments your keyword, Mokchat replies publicly and sends a DM with a button. Tapping it opens the 24-hour window so your link can be delivered.
Which channels are supported?
Instagram is live today. Messenger, WhatsApp and TikTok are planned.
Are features limited on the free plan?
No. Every plan includes every feature. Plans differ only in active contacts, channels, seats and support.
Who can broadcasts reach?
Contacts who messaged you within the last 24 hours, per Instagram's rules. You can test up to four versions.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes — cancel anytime without losing your data.
