By using Mokchat you agree to these terms. If you use Mokchat for a business, you accept them on its behalf.
The service
Mokchat provides tools to automate Instagram conversations via Instagram's official Messaging API.
Your responsibilities
You must comply with Instagram and Meta policies, only message people who contacted you, and not send spam, unlawful or misleading content.
Plans & billing
Paid plans are billed monthly in advance. You can cancel anytime; your data stays available after cancelling.
Availability
We aim for high uptime but third-party platforms like Instagram may change or limit features outside our control.
Termination
We may suspend accounts that violate these terms or platform policies.
Liability
Mokchat is provided “as is”. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the fees you paid in the prior 12 months.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Brazil.
