Information we collect
Account details you provide, Instagram data accessed through the official Messaging API with your permission (such as messages, comments and profile info of people who contact you), and usage data from our website and app.
How we use it
To run your automations, deliver insights, provide support, improve our service and meet legal obligations. We never sell your data.
Instagram access
We connect through Meta's official login. We never ask for or store your Instagram password, and you can revoke access at any time.
Sharing
We share data only with service providers that help us operate, integrations you enable (e.g. HubSpot, Shopify), or when required by law.
Retention & deletion
We keep data while your account is active. You can export or request deletion at any time.
